It was with great pleasure that we were invited to the inauguration of the Hellenic Consular office in Turin with the appointment of Honorary Consul, Mr Fivos Valachis. where I had the honour of meeting the Ambassador of Greece in Italy H.E. Elena Sourani which was an opportunity to lay the foundations for future collaborations in the commercial and cultural spheres with Greece. All this thanks also to the support of the Piedmont-Greece Association, a totally private initiative that originated from the desire of a few people to set up an association with the aim of promoting in Italy, and in Piedmont more specifically, the culture, history and knowledge of modern Greece.
